Are the prices per person or per apartment?
Prices shown are per apartment and
per night. The rate doesn't vary depending on the number of
persons but each apartment has a maximum occupancy and it needs to be
respected.

Are the apartments
centrally located?
Yes, our apartments are centrally located,
10 blocks away from Buenos Aires downtown and next to San Telmo. For
more information on the apartment neighborhood please visit
Monserrat Neighborhood. We also have an
apartment located in Palermo, a trendy neighborhood of Buenos Aires.

Are bed linen and towels provided in the apartment?
Bed linen (2 per bed) and towels (2 per
person) are provided in all of our apartments at no
extra charge, but they will not be changed or cleaned during your stay.

How much do I need to pay
to book an apartment?
To make a reservation, you need to pay 20%
of the total rent. Reservations are non-refundable if you decide not to

What payment methods do you
accept for reservations?
We accept Paypal (you should add 4% for
transaction costs),
Western
Union, credit cards through Paypal or cash in Buenos Aires.

How and when do I pay the rest of the money?
The remaining balance is payable on arrival
in cash and in dollars.

Do I need to pay a deposit
once I arrive?
On arrival you will also be asked to pay a
security deposit which will be returned on your departure day provided
that everything is in the same condition as when you arrived.
For rentals shorter than
one month: 1 week rental cost will be requested as a deposit.
For one month rentals: 2
weeks rental cost will be requested as a deposit.
For rentals longer than one
month: 1 month rental cost will be requested as a deposit.
We require a deposit of
US$100 if you will be using the cell phone. This will also be refunded
when you leave provided it hasn't been damaged or lost.

How
much does it cost to use the phone on the apartment?
When you rent one of our
Buenos Aires Apartments, a cell phone or a "control" telephone line will
be available for you.
Cell Phone: Incoming calls
are free. You will need to buy a card to make phone calls. A security
deposit is required.
Control line: Incoming
calls are free. This is a prepaid telephone line so you may have some
credit to make phone calls. You will need to buy a card to make phone
calls once the credit is used or if there is no credit to make phone
calls.

Is there an extra charge for cleaning?
There is no extra charge. We provide a
weekly cleaning service. If you would like more frequent cleaning, we can provide an additional cleaning service at a cost of
7US$/hour. Please let us know in advance so that we can make
arrangements.

Where will we get the keys?
The keys are given when you arrive to the
apartment, upon signature of your rental contract and after paying the
rental. You will be met there at a time specified by you, subject to our
check-in policy.

What time can we arrive/depart?
Arrivals should normally be between 1 pm
and 8pm, and departures should be before 11am. If, for any reason, you
need to arrive earlier or leave later than this time, let us know and we
will try to arrange it for you.

One of us will meet you in the apartment.
You will be given a complete tour of the apartment and a detailed "Guide
to Buenos Aires".

What will happen when I
arrive?
Upon arrival, we will meet you at the apartment with your keys and you
will be given a complete tour of the apartment and a detailed "Guide
to Buenos Aires". Your remaining balance will be due and must be IN CASH
and in US dollars. We will also collect a security deposit. A passport
or national ID must be presented at the check-in. The rental agreement
and a copy of the inventory will be signed when you arrive.

What is your cancellation policy?
When booking the apartment you pay a 20% of
the total rent, this deposit is non-refundable if you decide not to rent
the apartment. When you arrive to the apartment, you will be requested
to pay the
remaining 80% which, once paid, is also, non-refundable. You may also
arrange to pay this prior to your arrival if you prefer.

Yes, the subway is within 4 blocks. You also have plenty of buses stops just
meters away.

apartment from the airport?
Apartment 1 and 2: The apartment is around 30 minutes from
Ezeiza International Airport or around 45 minutes during rush
hours.
Apartment 3: The apartment is around 60 minutes from
Ezeiza International Airport.
