Making a Reservation
A Reservation Deposit (20% of the total rent) is required at the time of
making a reservation, this initial payment will be put towards your
accommodation total. You need to
email us, fill in a
reservation form or call us
to check if the apartment you are willing to rent is available. The
reservation deposit may be paid through Paypal (4% transaction fee
applies). US check, cash in Buenos Aires or Western Union.
Reservations cannot be
moved. For example: If you arrive at the apartment after the original
check in date it was booked for, you must pay the rent from the initial
arrival date booked. If you decide to leave the apartment before the
original check out date it was booked for, there will be no refunds.

Cancellations
Reservations are
non-refundable if you cancel or change the dates of the rental. Please
verify the dates before booking an apartment.
If, due to circumstances
beyond our control, we cannot provide the apartment booked, we shall
make all reasonable efforts to offer a suitable alternative or refund
any sum paid.

Security Deposit
The refundable security
deposit requested depends on the length of your stay:
2 to 4 days rentals: US$250
5 to one month rentals: 1 week rental cost will be requested as a deposit.
For one month rentals: 2
weeks rental cost will be requested as a deposit.
For rentals longer than one
month: 1 month rental cost will be requested as a deposit.
The security deposit will
be refunded on your departure day provided that everything is in the
same condition as when you arrived. If anything is damaged or missing,
you agree to pay the cost to repair or replace it. If the cost is more
than the security deposit, you agree to cover the remaining balance
due.
We require a deposit of
US$100 if you will be using the cell phone. This will also be refunded
when you leave provided it hasn't been damaged or lost.

Damage Liability
It is expected that the apartments are left in a clean and tidy order.
You are responsible for any damage to the apartment and its contents
during your stay which has occurred due to negligence or omission. Any
damage must be reported to us without delay.
Guests are advised that we will not be responsible for any loss or
damage to your goods or personal belongings kept at the accommodation.

Payment
During the apartment
booking process, a reservation deposit (20% of the total rent) will be
paid. The remaining balance (80%) and the security deposit will be paid, in cash, in US dollars,
or its equivalent in pesos argentinos once
you get to the apartment. Please let us know if you would like to pay in
pesos as we need to calculate the total before you arrive. We will use
the sell rate from www.dolaraldia.com
If you wish to pay with a credit card through Paypal (4% transaction fee
applies), you should do it before arriving to the apartment.
Payments for accommodation
are non-refundable. If you decide to shorten the length
or of your stay, previously made payments will not be refunded.
There is no additional
charge. We do not charge any administrative or processing fee. The
rental rate includes High Speed Internet, maid service once a week and
all utilities. Please see our telephone usage section for information on
telephone calls charges.

Check In and Check Out
Check In: 1 PM - 8 PM. Check out: before 11 AM. If, for any
reason, you need to arrive earlier or leave later than this time, let us
know and we will try to arrange it for you.

Arrivals
Upon arrival, we will meet you at the apartment with your keys and you
will be given a complete tour of the apartment and a detailed "Guide
to Buenos Aires". Your remaining balance will be due and must be IN CASH
and in US dollars or pesos. Please see the Payment section above for
more details. We will also collect a security deposit. A passport
or national ID must be presented at the check in. The rental agreement
in Spanish (if you would like to review it before arrival, please
advise) and a copy of the inventory will be signed when you arrive.

During your stay
You will be given our
contact information or the apartment's owner contact info and you may contact us if you have any question or
problem. If there is any damage done to the accommodation or to the
equipment in it, please contact us immediately. Guests must respect the
buildings’ rules in relation to noises and other associated
circumstances.

Telephone Usage
When you rent one of our
Buenos Aires Apartments, a cell phone will
be available for you.
Incoming calls
are free. You will need to buy a card to make phone calls. A security
deposit is required.
Please note that the use
of the cell phone is optional and you need to tell us one week in
advance that you will be needing the cell phone.

Cleaning
Buenos-Aires-Apartment.com provides cleaning service once a week
for those staying a minimum of two weeks.
Cleaning does not
include: washing dishes, changing the bed sheets, making the bed,
ironing...
Please maintain a well-kept flat in order to allow the maid to complete
her tasks within the time limit.

Occupants
Only persons notified to us prior to arrival may occupy the apartment.
The number of persons permitted to occupy the apartment must not be
exceeded. In the case of infringement of this condition, we reserve the
right to demand your immediate departure from the apartment and the
termination of the contract, without any compensation or refund.

Pets are not allowed in any of our apartments.
